Orders are easy and convenient in five easy steps:

1. One-time registration

You have to be registered as a commercial customer with us. To do this, log in to the shop and enter the necessary data and include your unique business license as a file in your user account. After that you will get the release of your account and you are able to order easily and at any time.

2. Shopping basket

Select the products that you want to order by clicking on the "Add to Cart" button. This is added to the shopping cart your selection. You can use this selection to submitting your order change at any time, allowing you to change the number of products by "Remove" to delete the selection or cancel the order process. By clicking the "Checkout" You go to the next order step.

3. Checkout

Please log on if you already have an account with your email address and password, otherwise please register as a new client. Your data is collected, processed and used in compliance with the data protection . Any other use or disclosure to third parties. By clicking the button "Next" to go to the next order step.

4. Completing ordering process

You will receive an overview of your order: selected products, shipping and billing address and your contact information. Verify that all information is correct and read up the business terms carefully. You can only proceed with the order, if you agree to. By clicking "Send Order Request" you will send your order to us. Specify a legally binding offer.

5. Checking your order

You receive from our shopsystem an automated order confirmation with all information. We will review your order and then inform you about the acceptance of your offer with all important data for the order by e-mail.
